Kaleidoscope Baby will accept returns and exchanges of our products within 14 days of purchase. The item must be unworn with tags still attached. Please reach out to info@kaleidoscopebaby.shop with your purchase order number and reason for refund/exchange. In the event that an item is sold out and not able to be exchanged, a store credit or refund can be issued.

A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from any returned item refund.

Kaleidoscope Baby reserves the right to refuse to process a return due to the condition of the item.

If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately so that we can correct the issue. Any defects must be documented before being worn and washed.

Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours of being placed. Any orders that do need to be canceled will have a 10% restocking fee applied. We are a small business with small profit margins - we pay fees for every transaction!
